If driving from the north (Oswestry, Wrexham) or the east (Shrewsbury, Telford) via Welshpool, then avoid the bypass and enter Newtown at the first roundabout. Mid Wales Music Centre is then a short drive, to the left of the road, just after Morrisons.

Driving from the south (Llandrindod, Brecon) or the west (Machynlleth, Aberystwyth) via the bypass, enter Newtown at the Kerry Road roundabout (railway station symbol on signpost), follow the road down and turn right at the crossroads with traffic lights. We are then a short drive, to the right of the road.
