The bag itself is very high quality. The leather feels oiled and not cheap, great straps, nice canvas feel, good felt padding, and very solid stitching However, it took a month for the bag to arrive. The seller explained why, which I am more than understanding of, but I had to tell the seller that I would call my bank and issue a charge back to get any kind of response. Communication of any kind just wasn't there. Additionally, the engraving is very wrong. I wanted it to say This is the Way in Mando'a, and I provided a link to the Mando'a alphabet from Star Wars. Instead, I got 'This is the Way' in Mando'a in English. Once more, there was never any communication from the seller on specifics to clarify what I wanted. I'm disappointed, but at least I have a good bag that I hope lasts me longer than my previous one.
